Simplicity, That Is What Matters
One of my favorite outdoor activities in the city is simply going for forest bathing in a green park nearby after lunch. The term comes from a Japanese practice of taking a slow and mindful walk in nature, or 'taking in the forest atmosphere'. Oftentimes, the fast pace of city life and the busyness of a creative career can take the energy out of us. For the past few weeks, I have been exploring a few studies on the subject of flower 'rose' and 'sunflower'.
